The NBA store offer poor customer service. The "canceled" one of my orders and allowed me to place another, only to charge me for 2 jerseys and send both! I would NOT recommend shopping at this site!! Unless you enjoy giving your money away.

Ordered a basketball jersey for a Christmas gift for my son at the beginning of December. It should have arrived by Dec.20 at latest. On Dec 28 I contacted them to check status of the order. Their employees were courteous, however, it took many phone calls and e-mails to get the matter resolved. I was told the investigation would take 14 business days to resolve, at which time they would credit me for what I had already paid. I asked why they could not just re-ship the order, but they claimed they could not. Their "14 days" took until Jan 23. They did not extend any incentive to reorder. I placed a phone call to ask if it would be possible to reorder and have them pay to overnight this merchandise since I had been waiting since Dec to receive my order. The best they could do was a "shipping upgrade" which will take a week to arrive. All in all a very bad experience, and I will never order from them again.
