I have extremely poor experience for my first purchase from Crutchfield, an experience I never had before for other vendors. The main complaints are: 1. Crutchfield has a customer service team which has no business common sense. 2. Crutchfield seems to be a company extremely inflexible to service the special needs of customers. If you run into problem with them, very likely they will said based on their company policy, they won't be able to agree with your point, and they won't be able to service you need. My feeling is they they just don't care. 3. They did not care about the nature that some gifts must arrive on time. Failing to complete an order according to the needs of their customers seems not a concern for them.
